Last updated: 31 July 2026
If you think Reddy Apps LTD has handled your personal data wrongly - for example, we contacted you when you asked us not to, we hold data about you that we should not, or we have not answered a request about your data - you have the right to complain to us, and this page tells you how. It covers all our products and services, including the SmashingSite service.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and why.
Email info@reddyapps.co.uk with the subject line "Privacy complaint". Tell us:
If you prefer, you can write to us at: Reddy Apps LTD, Unit 82a James Carter Road, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE.
Making a complaint is free. You do not need to use any particular form of words - if it is clear you are unhappy about how we have handled your data, we will treat it as a privacy complaint.
Privacy complaints are handled personally by the director of Reddy Apps LTD responsible for data protection. They are not passed to a call centre or a third party. Your complaint, and our record of it, are used only to investigate and resolve the matter.
You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. You can go to the ICO at any time - you do not have to complain to us first - though we would welcome the chance to put things right before you do.
